Is this a replacement for a hearing loop?+
It provides the same core benefit, clear audio straight to a listener's ears, using each member's own phone and earbuds instead of an installed loop and dedicated receivers. Many churches use it in place of, or alongside, a loop, and it adds live captions and translation that a loop cannot.
Do members need to install an app?+
No. They scan a QR code or open a link and listen in their phone's browser. There is no app and no account, which matters for a congregation of all ages.
Will our older members be able to use it?+
Joining is one scan and one tap, the same motion as opening a menu QR code at a restaurant. You can show the code on the screen and print it in the bulletin. Anyone who already uses a phone can join in seconds.
Can we translate the service into another language?+
Yes. Each person picks their language and reads live captions in it, so a Spanish-speaking member or a visitor can follow along without a separate interpreted service. Translation is included on every plan.
What about our overflow room, nursery, or parking lot?+
Anyone with cell signal or on the church wifi can listen on their phone anywhere in or around the building. The same QR code works everywhere, so overflow and parking-lot listeners hear exactly what the sanctuary does.
