What is a participant-minute?+
One person, speaker or listener, connected for one minute. A 60-minute talk with 30 listeners and 1 speaker uses about 1,860 participant-minutes. The hidden captioning service is never counted.
What happens if I go over my plan?+
Paid plans keep running and bill the overage rate for the extra participant-minutes. The Free plan pauses new sessions until the next month so you are never surprised by a bill.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The Free plan lets you try PocketStage and see how it works, so you can run a small event end to end before you pay. When you're ready for real events, move up to a paid plan. Captions and translation are included on every plan.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect for your workspace right away.
